EY—Senior Consultant in Commercial Excellence & Procurement—Bristol

职位描述
Senior Consultant – EY Advisory – Commercial & Procurement
Across all markets, organisations are increasingly relying on complex relationships with third parties (suppliers, partners, sub-contractors, customers etc.) to operate their businesses. Despite this, until recently our clients have focussed on performance improvement within their own organisations, rather than looking to the wider external enterprise. Increasingly, we are working with clients to help them optimise their relationships with third parties by
Cost take-out – helping clients to reduce the cost of doing business with third parties, for example through process and technology innovation or contract compliance reviews
Enhancing commercial arrangements – reviewing and improving our clients’ contracts so they incentivise both parties and help our clients drive increased benefit from the relationships, for example through outcomes-based contracts or Vested® outsourcing
Developing frameworks – working with clients to design a framework that allows them to achieve the expected value from their commercial arrangements with third parties and better manage them going forwards, for example by designing and/or implementing tools or solutions to allow clients to monitor contract/ supplier performance
