【Job Description】

Amazon is looking for a smart and quick learner as Business Development to join its China team based in Beijing. Responsibility of Business Development is to provide finance/contract/data support for business development team within Amazon Advertising Team.

As a new department in China, Amazon Advertising Team department is growing rapidly. The sales team’s goal is to grow number of advertiser on Amazon.cn. Business Analyst will work closely with sales and operation to ensure that high potential advertisers reach their performance goals quickly and stay active and healthy.

Qualified candidates will have prior experience in data analysis, and also an in-depth understanding of the sales process. The successful candidate will have an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, be extremely client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skill. In addition, the candidate should be flexible, able to manage a diverse set of responsibilities and work independently.

【Basic Qualifications】

1.        Proficiency in the use of computer office software, especially Excel;

2.        Highly analytical with passion for sales;

3.        Good English reading and writing capabilities are necessary;

4.        To be patient, motivated, and have better communication, coordination, and have good team spirit;

5.        4-6 months and at least 4 days/week.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1.        A BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Advertising and Computer Science, Math or similar field of study preferred;

2.        SQL Language Skills.
