Our Recruitment Programs
Fosun is actively seeking to recruit young talents to our Fo-Star Program and Fo-Star Plus Program, aiming at identifying and developing the future investment leaders for the Group.

The unique program provides broad exposure to our various global investment sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Tourism, Technology, Consumer, Real Estate, and offers unparalleled deal experience.

Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, London, New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Frankfurt etc.

Program Introduction
We invest heavily in supporting and training our “Fo-Stars”. The new hires will benefit from the training and development modules in the first year, ranging from military training camp, cross-functional job rotation, financial training, executive mentorship, to more advanced programs about leadership skills as they progress further. Since 2013, the program has been held for 5 successive years, with over 100 “Fo-Stars” trained.

Key Responsibilities
1) Monitor industry trends on a global scale; collect economic and market data as well as relevant third-party report; establish investment framework.

2) Investigate private and public companies; support the team in completing and submitting the investment proposals.

3) Ensure quality and content of materials (financial models, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment memorandums etc.).

4) Assist leaders in negotiations and transaction documentation process.

5) Develop and present internal memoranda and investment presentations.

Requirements
1) Bachelor or master degree graduates. Major in Science, Engineering, Management or Finance etc.

2) Well-organized self-starter who can manage a range of tasks and prioritize.

3) Strong judgment and critical thinking; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both verbally and in written form.

4) Excellent leadership, team-work spirit, and interpersonal skills.

5) The ability to engage and exert influence on internal and external stakeholders.

6) Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English; fluency in other languages (e.g. Hebrew, Portuguese, and Japanese) would be a plus.
