Responsibility

1. Continuous Improvement – Share best practice, drives improvement and implement new initiatives.

2. Analysis Act as a central contact point and liaison for all questions / issues in relation to various P & L lines.

3. Reporting and Analytics – Ensure timely communication of Monthly Actual P&L to Business Unit Controllers. Timely communication of ADF/DF to BU Controllers.

4. Business Planning – Work on ADF process within mainland businesses. Be a contact point for questions / issues relating to yearly budge

5. Internal Controls – Coordinate the roll out of new or updated Guidelines and its integration within the reporting processes. Test new SAP functionalities, tools and solutions.

6. Knowledge Transfer – Promote clear understanding of Accounting guidelines within the factory finance community and the Head office Finance community.

Requirement

1. University degree or above

2. More than 3 years’ experience in financial Accounting.

3. Proficiency in language of Chinese and English.

4. Financial qualification preferred.
