职位：贸易执行助理 （Trade Execution Assistant）
在实习期间，由贸易执行经理培训、熟悉相关合同条款和各种贸易术语，掌握执行流程和技巧。根据学习的进度逐步接手执行助理的各项工作。
Main Duties & Tasks 具体职责描述：
1. To draft contract，negotiate contract term with buyer and collect buyers’ signed contracts then file them;
起草合同，与客户协商合同条款，跟踪合同签字情况
2. To check LC draft and remind buyer for LC opening due date
检查信用证草本，并提醒客户在合同规定期限内开出信用证
3. To send vessel nomination and shipment appropriation to Buyer
通知客户具体船舶信息、装货完成信息
4. Providing shipping documents to buyers.
给客户提供合同要求的单据
5. To ensure prompt billing and receiving of payments from buyers
确保买卖双方及时的收付款
6. Updating buyers of vessel schedule on regular basis
定期告知客户船舶最新动态
7. Liaising with CJIA Singapore execution team to ensure smooth execution.
与CJIA新加坡执行团队合作，确保执行工作的顺利进行
8. Maintaining proper filing and records.
准确完成记录以及归档工作
9. Other assignment by the company manager when necessary

Requirements 任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above with relevant intern experience in trading company preferred
本科及以上学历，在贸易公司有过相关实习经历者优先
2. Detail oriented with problem solving ability and conscientious with good sense of priority & time management
注重细节，具有较强的解决问题能力，有良好的工作主次之分和时间管理能力
3. Having strong spirit of teamwork and effective communication skills
较强团队合作意识以及良好的沟通能力
4. Good command of written and spoken English
英语六级，掌握日常英语听说读写
5. 实习要求每周出勤四天，至少能连续3个月以上实习，实习工资120/天
薪资与福利：税前月薪总计范围： 6k-7k
