Responsibility:
工作职责

–Admin field行政工作

1. Work as receptionist for calling answer, mails and package’s receiving and sending.

负责前台电话转接,邮件快递收发。

2. Assist in office supplies & equipment purchase and maintenance

协助办公用品及设备采购和维护。

3. Assist in hotel booking, pick up arrangement.

协助员工出差酒店预订和客户接送安排。

4. Assist to check monthly expense reimbursement.

协助月费用报销。

5. Others matter arranged by line manager.

其他相关行政工作。

–HR field人事工作

1. Assist in HR data maintenance (Attendance record, timesheet etc.).

协助维护人事数据(如考勤记录,工作时间报表等)

2. Assist in recruiting job (collect and screen resumes for hiring position).

协助人事招聘工作(简历搜寻及初步筛选)

3. Others matter arranged by line manager.

Requirements:
任职要求

1. Fresh graduate with admin/HR related intern experience

具有相关人事行政实习经验的应届生

2. Graduated from University. Major in Admin Management, English, HR or other related fields.

大学毕业,本科及以上学历为佳。行政管理,英语,人力资源等相关专业优先考虑。

3. Willing to work in admin or HR function would be preferred;

热爱行政人事工作。

4. Good English communication skill. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PPT.

良好的英语读写能力。熟练使用office软件。

5. Initiative working attitude is a must.

具备积极主动的工作态度。
