HR Representative 职位描述:
Provide support and consultant in all functions of HR to responsible business units and employees.
Key Activities
– Recruitment – Fill vacant position as per business unit’s request. Including
monitor requisition approval process,resume screening, interview arrangement,
issue offer letter.
– Enrollment – Support on enrollment process
– Manage Payroll and Benefits administration.
– Ensure the dissemination, implementation, interpretation, governance and
maintenance of appropriate HR policies, processes and practices.
– Provide support and counsel to management on performance management and employee
relation’s issues.
– Complete termination administrative procedures;
– In charge of HR reports as per request for the company and labor authorities.
– Support the administration of training program.
– Expatriates management including LOI, work permit, residence permit, etc.
– Perform other work related task as assigned
– Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies
Requirments
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related
– Experience: At least 5 years’ relevant experience in handling in HR in a MNC environment
– Knowledge: Solid computer skills specifically in WORD and EXCEL; Rich knowledge of
PRC HR policies and practicesincluding local government legislation;Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
– Competencies: Communication Skill; Time Management; A self starter and good team-player ;Ability to work with maintain confidential information and independently
