Program Overview
This programme aims to develop future leaders for rapidly growing global businesses across Global Transactional Services.
Successful applicants will be given exposure through rotational assignments, mentoring and networking opportunities. They will be assessed and matched for junior manager positions after the successfully completion of the two-year development programme.
The first year of the MT Programme is consisted of 3 rotations among various functions each is 4 months. In the second year, MTs will penetrate in one specific function with assigned projects, tasks and training courses.
Each MT will be assigned one senior member from GTS management team as mentor in the programme.

Our Ideal Candidate
– Graduates in 2018, candidate of bachelor or above degree
– Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese is a plus
– High mobility to take assignment globally, shows ability to cross culture communications
– Demonstrates ability to work in a team, engage others and manage conflict
– Proven to be innovative, able to deal with complicated or ambiguous situations
– Able to apply logical thinking to gather and analyse information, design and formulate plans
– Effectively adjust the approach or methodology for fast learning
