Job Function: HR & Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Job Description:

Receptionist related work

• Manage the reception area, such as operate the telephone, entertain visitors (tea, coffee)
• Receive, distribute and arrange mail delivery
• Responsible for stationary/office supplies purchasing, distribution and management
• Responsible for company printings, including name cards, etc.
• Responsible for updating company contact list
• Provide necessary support for ticket, hotel booking
• Other ad hoc tasks (e.g. spirit event venue selection, IT problem reflect, vendor communications, etc.)

HR related work
• Engaged in the employee recruitment and post the recruitment advertising online
• Arrange the interview process (e.g. Candidate selection, case study sending, interview invitation, room arrangement, etc.)
• Record and update company contact list, team list, library record, etc.
• Communicate with other branch offices via email and coordinate the work assignments
• Prepare the foreigners’ working visa application materials and health insurance registration

Qualifications:
• College degree or above
• Positive and active attitude;
• Good communication, quick learning and smart understanding capability;
• Service mindset, flexible to deal with multi-task and complex situation;
• Fluent Chinese, basic level in English required.

1.整理候选人资料信息
2.上传及管理招聘信息
3.外国人签证办理
4.负责每年两次团建及年会安排
5.其他人事行政临时性工作

职位要求:
1.大专以上文凭
2.积极向上的态度
3.优秀的沟通能力,快速的学习能力以及理解能力
4.服务意识强,能灵活处理多项任务及复杂情况
5.中文流利,基础英文水平
