HR Intern–AP(人力资源实习生)

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the management of associates profiles;
2. Pre on-boarding EE form/labor contract/on boarding documents and update database for new hired employees;
3. Support on the recruitment/associates on boarding/promotion etc;
4. Update Leave Management report;
5. Intern Management;
1.负责维护人事档案
2.负责新员工入职相关工作
3.协助部门开展日常招聘等工作
4.更新维护休假报表
5.管理实习生信息及其他事项
Requirements:
1. At least 3 days per week;
2. Major in Human Resource or English is a plus;
3. Proficiency in Excel;
4. Good at written and spoken English communication;
5. Highly detail oriented;
1.认真仔细
2.良好的英语读写能力
3.熟练运用excel
4.每周保证至少3天的实习时间
5.人力资源及英语专业的同学优先考虑
