Responsibilities:

1.Work very closely with distributors to serve local customers;
2.Identify key customers, and work closely with their electronic design team for consistent design-wins and business growth;
3.Provide product trainings to local disty sales offices on a regular basis, set up goals and action plans for disty teams and review their performance results;
4.Maintain and grow local customer bases;
5.Provide new product proposals, and communicate customer requirements with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

1.A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related areas;
2.Deep knowledge in analog components, such as amplifiers, data convertors, DC/DC Converters, etc. and able to guide customers selecting the proper Analog IC products for their applications, help on the evaluation and debugging processes;
3.At least 2 years analog product line FAE or 4 years analog & mixed signal hardware design experience;
4.Be willing to travel frequently;
5.Aggressive, result-driven, self-managed, entrepreneurial thinking;
6.Knowledge in industrial, automotive or telecom systems is a plus.
