Job Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with the relevant service owners and partners to define, drive and report on strategic programs that continuously improve stability, efficiency and performance and ensure these initiatives are integrated with our core business plans.
2.Work with regional teams to help drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the firm.
3.Provide tech support to excellent client and maintain relationships.
4.E-solution requirement analysis and giving solution
5.Trading and clearing system daily maintenance
6.Support trading interface connection with FIX protocol.
7.Desk support with globe tech team.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree of IT related major required; Master degree preferred
2.Has some program development skill
3.Open-minded and eager to learn, good communication skills; Interested in technology and Finance business
4.Excellent verbal and written English
5.Futures practitioner preferred
