2.Completing proposals for feasible recruiting projects;
3.Project implementation, budget management, screening and recommending qualified candidates to client, holding career talks , parties and seminars in campus and hotel;
4.Project process management, and ensuring the project completion according to schedule;
5.Summarizing and evaluating the whole project;
6.Analyzing projects successful experience and clients feedback, and reposting to business apartment and leaders.
