Job Description And Responsibility
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant – ITSM / ITOM, you will
Provide advisory services to clients on improving IT service and operations management (ITSM / ITOM)
Support & lead the implementation of ITSM / ITOM / Service automation solutions
Support pre-sales activities, develop proposals and present to client’s management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and business value of the project and act as an advocate for achieving them
Collaborate with external and internal partners to design and/or implement the required solution
Requirement
Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred
2-4 years of experience in delivering solutions in various capacities (developer, technical lead, project manager, etc.), preferably some for ITSM solutions
Familiarity with ITSM, IT operations, IT governance, IT Service Desk
Understanding of the ITIL framework in particular in Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Service Level management
Excellent communication (proficiency in English and Cantonese) and interpersonal skills with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills, including development and maintenance of policy processes & templates, design documentation
Experience with infrastructure and network architecture, data centre technologies, DB administration, server and storage set up, infrastructure software (monitoring, management, virtualization, etc.), would be a plus
Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, agile SDLC would be a plus
