Roles and reponsbilitities
Management of social insurance/HAF(House accumulated fund) and social insurance: enrollment, withdraw, payment, transfer, annual contribution adjustment, data update, tax report, on-site service
Management of key Benefit program: New housing program monthly management, service award delivery, employee purchase, meal allowance, shuttle bus
Management of employee personal files, documents, information, etc
Application of Hukou, Work Permit, Residence Permit, etc.
Management of Company Chop SOP and company Chop
Preparation of basic reports & analysis of C&B data.
Support site communication leader to execute communication activities, especially HR related site level communication.
SPOC of external policy understanding and education
HR Team admin support
Key competencies needed
Bachelor’s degree with good knowledge on Human resources and communication
Expertise on compensation and benefit
Strong learning ability and leadership
Proactive and passionate
Fluent English speaking and writing
Experience on multi-national companies is preferred.
