Major responsibilities:
Perform daily on-site support. Detailed description below:
Operations – Customer Support:
Identify, track and maintain PCs, printers, wireless dongles, smartphones and other hardware on a regular basis.
Maintain PCs inventory and handle all disposal process
Work with procurement and project team for all IT procurement
Work with telephony team to setup telephone for new starters
Prepare desktops and laptops for starters and leavers.
Support local Video/Audio conference equipment.
Assist 3rd Level Support teams when required.
Remote office help.
Provide a quick support on end user computer hardware issue / replacement
Conduct training (induction) for new staff members.
Host a Demo session to internal staff for IT technology
Refurbish used computer
Health check and clean up each leavers laptop
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Advance knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Basic Microsoft Windows Systems and Office
Basic Microsoft Windows Systems and Office
Deep knowledge of computer repair skill specially on Lenovo ThinkPad
Familiar with Apple iOS and Android devices
Sound familiar with instant messaging tools like Skype, Wechat and WhatsApp.
Experience on Video conference and Audio conference support
